Dino, the bellhop was extremely helpful! He gave excellent advice on which type of transportation would be best to get from the hotel to our destination. When we opted to take the subway, Dino gave us turn-by-turn directions. He even pulled up the subway route and stops on his phone and suggested we take a picture. This location and staff is wonderful.
