the staff were extremely kind and accommodating where they could be! it was a very busy day for them when we checked in, but they did a great job of keeping the energy high while we waited! the location was also prime manhattan, just a short walking distance from the square and a great atmosphere in general! would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in nyc!

The hotel is great, room a little small, bed very comfortable, everything was clean! Local transportation and restaurants are readily available, and there is a lot going on. There are a number of hotels in that same block - wish the sidewalks were in better condition, some of the store fronts were a little shoddy. Then again, this is NYC!
