It is an extraordinary place, not only because of its exceptional geographical location for visiting NYC but also because of its Design which is certainly one of the most refined in the city. Everything is extremely neat and perfect. The Bryant Park Hotel team is professional, efficient and unparalleled in friendliness. I have a special thought for the professionalism of Mrs. Josephine who takes care of customer reception. It was a real pleasure to stay there. Beautiful lobby and the Ceylon’ is very pretty and feels like a speakeasy. The drinks are very good as well. The reason I return here is not only the competitive pricing for a NYC hotel room, but the location and views of Bryant Park are an added treat but the most important benefit is the impeccable, friendly customer service.

The location!. What a great place to stay in New York. We really enjoyed Bryant Park whether sitting there in the morning with our coffee or in the evening. A free coffee in the morning with muffins was a bonus.

Great location (close to several subway stations and lots of places to eat). We have been upgraded and got the Bryant Park Suite which offers superb views on Bryant Park, Bank of America Tower, One Vanderbilt Tower, etc, and lots of space to relax. I liked the hardwood floor, the good mattress and the big bathroom with great walk-in shower.

We liked the spacious large room, which is rare in NYC hotels. Very clean, renovated. with beautiful lighting. Very comfortable beds and armchair. And a large comfortable bathroom. modern. Very nice and friendly service at the reception :) Location - perfect.
