Excellent location in the financial district, close to many subway stations and nice restaurants. Super comfy beds and pretty quiet. Staff is friendly and there's good coffee in the lobby.

Great location for 9/11 memorial and surrounds. We were moved to 18th floor with lovely view after being disappointed with tiny 2nd floor room with no actual view.

hotel staff were lovely and helpful. complimentary coffee etc lounge area There is also complimentary water stations . great location close to choice of subway stations nearby. Room spacious we had a terrace which was small but nice to sit when back and listen to NYC noises Couldn't here in room thankfully.

Excellent location. Convenient to multiple subway lines. Liked having water stations with plastic bottles on every floor. Bottles can be sealed after filling, which is great if going somewhere where they require sealed containers. Our room has an accessible bathroom with a folding bench, so the shower was rather small and awkward. We asked to change rooms but everything was booked. We've managed.

The staff was amazing. Location so convenient to all subways stops and short walk to ferry. The view breathtaking. Spurge on a high floor! The staff made my trip. A few days before my trip I spoke with Marsha to ensure that the room I booked was in fact a queen foldout king room for a friend on a high floor. She assured me I did and when I checked in she remembered me and assured me again that she put me on the highest floor. Everyday in the morning she was there to greet me. Unfortunately I had a problem with the room the first night at no fault of the hotel. At midnight they put me in another room. In the morning I was put in a similar room but two floors down. Everything went perfectly after the room switch staff being super friendly and accommodating. Just want to mention Marsha was outstanding and I give her 5 Stars. I will definitely return.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are a little tired and our view at the front was a construction site but bed was super comfy and location was fantastic. Rooftop terrace was shut for renovation which was a shame.
