Location Excellent, and beautiful frontage and foyer. Our room was great and very spacious despite looking onto a wall outside. Staff were delightful . We would definitely stay again . The lifts were not an issue even though some complained they were a bit slow . A small price one pays for an historic building with charm .

The location is absolutely great. In the center of Manhattan, few steps to Central Park or Times Square. The hotel has stylish outlook of old NY style.

The hotel accomodated a change to a twin room at check last minute and were extremely helpful. All staff were pleasant and made you feel remembered as a guest each time you left/ returned to the hotel. The room was big enough and the bathroom was clean and fully stocked. The property was very centrally located to my purposes. Sparsely but tastefully decorated And clean The bartender was outstanding however the bar did not open until 5 o’clock, which left nowhere to socialize with friends who might be meeting you at your hotel
