The location is great, the stuff super friendly and helpful. The wifi worked with no problems even on 17th floor even though the reviews are quite bad. We were a group of 4, the room was small but we didnt mind, we were out all the time. There is a coffee machine in the room, coffee, tee are supplied daily. There were 2 complimentary bottles of water in the room and we could fill ip up downstairs or on some of the other floors. They had a popcorn machine in the lobby during some day hours, also free to take. The bartender downstairs was also very nice. Over all I would definitely stay here again. We didnt have any breakfast, so I cannot say.

Great location, walking distance to times square and loads of food options. Room although small (very normal for NY) is set up perfectly We had room to fit our bags and ourselves (which believe me is not always the case in NY hotels) The welcome drink was a lovely thought, but we would have preferred to choose the drink. The $10 daily voucher is a nice touch, but its a shame it's not able to be used for breakfast (bar only)
