The location was very good as it is convenient to access all of wonders what NYC has to offer. The staff was amazing and professional. I like the vine parties from 5pm to 7pm I like the iron in the room and the plug charging international in the room

The experience at this hotel was awful. The location is great as you step out and are right in Times Square. However, the amazing location does not make up for the fact that we booked a larger room (23 sqm) and paid for it, only to end up in a very tiny room. The reception staff, especially the lady who checked us in, definitely needs training on behavior. She was possibly the rudest receptionist we've ever encountered, with a bad attitude. The only polite person we encountered was their marketing guy.
