The Soho Grand is still a great place after all these years. Grand style, a distinctly cool local crowd in the lobby and bar during week ends and a very classy and competent team. Yes it's pricey but yes, it's New York. Greatest selection of room amenities. First choice if you want luxury with a cool feel.

Due to hurricane, my daughter spent 12 hours in airports instead of the normal 2 hour flight. Our luggage did not arrive until the next day. Hotel was aware and greated us with 2 flutes of champagne, a bottle of Prosecco for our room and another bag filled with toiletries.
