L’Amico was excellent. The front desk was very kind and very welcoming to dogs. They were very helpful with booking a car. Nice wine tasting. I would stay again.

nice hotel, great location. Our room was on high floor with very good view on empire state building. Room was comfortable, nice design. comfortable bed, good lighting. Lobby bar had a good choice of drinks, modern design, friendly staff. Restaurant has specific openings hours which is not really what we are used to, but that might be OK for USA.

Comfortable bed, central, clean. Well priced and good food quality. Staff were friendly and willing to help proactively. The staff had good knowledge of the area and made excellent recommendations.

The location was excellent, the food options were excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed, including plenty of towels and toiletries. Also appreciated the food credit for our room not being ready by check in.

The front door staff are INCREDIBLE!!! Literally the doormen are super helpful and friendly. Upon arrival, they were smiling from ear to ear, helping us out with any and every question we had about where to go, what to do and how to access certain points so first and foremost I'm SO grateful to have met them! The rooms are nice and spacious for a typical New York City hotel - highly recommend if you want more room. The bathroom/shower was also very spacious, and I was able to have beautiful views too! The bar downstairs was always busy so it never felt quiet (in a good way), in addition it was walking distance to everywhere and anywhere. I would highly recommend this as your next stay in NYC!
