First Impressions
Walking up to Eurostars Wall Street on Front Street, you immediately get that “I’m in the heart of it all” feeling. This four-star hotel sits right in the Financial District, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better if you’re looking to be steps away from everything that matters in lower Manhattan. The building itself has this sleek, modern vibe that fits perfectly with the surrounding skyscrapers — you know you’re staying somewhere that gets the whole New York energy.
The Location Magic
Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from the Brooklyn Bridge, Stone Street’s cobblestone charm, and South Street Seaport. The subway connections are fantastic too, with multiple lines nearby that’ll get you uptown in no time. What really struck me is how couples seem to gravitate toward this area (they rate the location 9.1, which honestly makes sense). There’s something romantic about wandering these historic streets at night, especially when you can duck into one of those intimate wine bars tucked between the office buildings.
The Room Experience
The room I stayed in was smartly designed — not huge by any means, but they’ve maximized every inch without making it feel cramped. The windows offer glimpses of the Financial District’s canyon-like streets, and if you’re lucky enough to get a higher floor, you might catch some water views. The beds are comfortable, and I actually appreciated the modern touches like USB ports built right into the nightstands. Small details like that show they understand what travelers actually need.
Breakfast and Dining
The buffet breakfast is solid — nothing fancy, but it gets the job done with fresh options and decent coffee. What I’d recommend though is exploring the neighborhood for breakfast instead. You’re surrounded by some incredible local spots, from old-school delis to trendy coffee shops that the Wall Street crowd frequents. The hotel’s restaurant serves its purpose, but honestly, being in this part of the city means you have access to some of the best dining in New York just outside your door.
Why Guests Love It
The 8.1 rating really reflects what this place does well — it’s not trying to be the fanciest hotel in the city, but it nails the essentials. The staff knows the neighborhood inside and out, which is invaluable when you’re trying to navigate this part of Manhattan. Parking can be tricky in this area (like everywhere in NYC), but they can point you toward nearby garages. What keeps people coming back is that perfect balance of being in the thick of things without the Times Square chaos. You’re close enough to walk to the 9/11 Memorial, catch a ferry to Staten Island, or just wander through some of the oldest streets in America — and at the end of the day, you have a comfortable, well-located base to return to.

What could be improved: Air conditioner was loud and erratic.
Perfect stay in good location
Nice big room (5p) in a good NY location. Sofa bed was already made (nice plus!) Clean and quiet.
What could be improved: Bathroom could have a little update.
Nice place to be while in the city!
This European style hotel was an experience. They had the room set up for us already when we checked in. The front desk was amazing and very helpful! The location was near the area that we wanted to visit.
What could be improved: Construction was happening so the view was not the greatest. Parking was not available so if you come go to the parking garage nearby.
Very Good
Location and value for money
Very Good
Good location, friendly staff, spatious hotel rooms
What could be improved: Was a bit outdated and there was a renovation going on
Felt like home
Amazing people by the reception, really helping any time we needed it. Location is great, so closed to all the transportation and so quite at night. The room we had was big, little kitchen, living room, bath, bedroom. We thought by other comments that breakfast would not be good, so we did not take the breakfast option and went out for the first morning to eat outside, turns out breakfast was ok, they have the basics, but that it is enough for us. Eggs, hams and cheeses, fruit, cereals, yogurts, breads, avocado, sweets.. was perfect to start the day to just have breakfast in the hotel. Good cleaning service.
What could be improved: I would say to lower the temperature on the hall. We were in floor 4 and every time we left the room to go to the elevator it was a sauna.
Would be nice to re paint the walls and change some furniture.
Wonderful

The hotel was having exterior renovation work being done but we were out during the day and it was never an issue, the room we had was very spacious but could have done with some TLC, but we lived our stay here, the location was superb 10 min walk to brooklyn bridge and world trade centre subway was 5 min walk away, loads of bars, the best of everything was the staff were amazing, a credit to the hotel, facundo was just superb and the room was cleaned everyday, I would give the the staff 10 out of 10, with facundo an 11, amazing stay and would definitely stay here again, superb

What could be improved: It was on construction works outside and our room 402 was missing a inner window.
