    The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Nothing fancy, but if you are looking for a clean, safe hotel for a short stay in New York it's perfect. Also was very central location and close to everything.

    Very convenient location for transport - 10 mins from Penn - and shopping, eating and sightseeing. Room was small but to be expected in New York, well appointed. High floor rooms with best view. Water pressure best experienced out of three hotels on this trip. Special mention for Rosanna Flores, Front Office Supervisor for her help to smooth over some teething troubles when we arrived and to satisfy our room request, Ms Flores positive attitude and assistance was much appreciated.
