My room had a surprisingly great view! The location was absolutely perfect for everything I wanted to enjoy, in the short time I had in NYC. The breakfast was so cute, I loved it and felt looked after. Staff were all so kind and helpful. When I arrived, I was allowed to use the bathroom to freshen up after my long haul flight from Australia, before leaving my bags at reception so I could make the most of my day before check-in time. Reception can arrange your airport taxi at any time prior to the day you leave, if you already know your flight home; they can also recommend what time you should get it. Would stay here again for sure. Aircon worked well. Space was good. Comfort good. Bathroom good :)
