Despite being a small room it is functional and everything fit without discomfort. I very much liked the bed, very comfortable mattress. I recommend getting the higher rooms as waking up and going to sleep facing the NYC skyline is simply phenomenal. The neighborhood is great! Walk distance to Canal St., Chinatown and Lower East side and Little Italy. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I really felt like home. Nice decor and cool vibes.

the location, the lobby which is well designed and friendly - efficient overall, yet not deprived of any character or charm due to the 'artworks', the interior architecture playing with different heights, the rooftop and the view in the rooms which compensate for the tiny space (where everything has been tailored to maximise the space though)
