Probably the cleanest and Nicest Room / Hotel i stayed in NYC. Special Thanks to Thanary & Keith at receipetion/ bell desk for being so helpful and just about so welcoming. 100% i recommended people to stay here. Complete Value for money, Great Location, Friendly .. Also the system to refill what ever you need like water/ Coffee etc is so great and easy and free... :)

I like the concept of Sonder, where you can pick up the things you need for your room (soap, coffee, shower cap etc.) in the lounge and you can always refill your water bottle for free. Also, entering the room with the Sonder app went seamless. Good concept and nice hotel on the Fifth Avenue, very near to the central park. Also, the staff was very kind and always helpful. The rooms were very nice and we felt very comfortable in the amenities.

I loved the location—it was very close to Central Park, subway lines, buses, and museums. There was a great sandwich breakfast place 1/2 block away that I visited daily. The options for restaurants for dinner were many. The room had A/C, which was needed for 30C temperatures. The check-in and checkout were superb, and the extension to checkout later was easy. I loved the app.
