  Very nice and helpful staff, they were organized and focused on the guest. The room was very clean and had everything I needed, as well as a decent view. I also liked that continental breakfast was included, and that there was plenty of locks on the door to make me feel more comfortable as a single woman traveling.

  Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Fairly spacious room with a view of the city. Large and comfortable bed. Wi-Fi worked for the most part. The room felt clean and tidy overall. Peaceful and quiet place, considering its location - there was some construction going on nearby, but outside of working hours we did not encounter any issues with noise.

  The hotel was in a great location, clean, and the staff was very nice! The hotel was well its worth for its location! The subway was literally a three minute walk away from the hotel which was super convenient for traveling around and it really was in the heart of Chinatown so you were also close to Little Italy too. I got to the hotel an hour early before check-in, but the staff at the front was nice enough to hold my luggage until check-in, they gave me a little card so I can find my bag once I came back after roaming around. My hotel room was cleaned up and the consumables (towels, soaps, and etc.) were replaced every day. It was really nice! I enjoyed my stay.

  Location is not bad, metro station is not so far. 20-25 minutes by foot until Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. They cleaned the room every day and replace shampoo and towels. There is ramen place just inside the hotel so nice for a dinner if you don't want to go anywhere.

  Very clean and friendly, the only reason I didn’t give it a ten is because the restaurants have limited hours. But the stay was great.
