The location itself is perfect to nearby tourist area, few walks to time square and subway. I forgot their names but ALL THE STAFFS ( from security area, to reception and room attendant) they are so great from check-in to check-out. I live in NY but highly recommendable hotel. This is my honest review, I know each guest has different experiences or opinion but i had the great one.

Room was sizeable (even have space to do yoga). Deluxe queen is at the back of the hotel and away from elevator, i.e quiet, which is how we like it. Housekeeping did a really good job. Our room had a fridge, which was one of the things we were looking for. Safe in the room worked great.
