Clean rooms Friendly staff Sound proof room - felt like it anyway Good working AC. Staff was attentive. Toilet was clogged and it was resolved within 10 mins after telling the staff. There’s a common room to chill out or have food, so even if your room is small (like most in NYC), you can chill there as it was very really occupied. Free pastries were offered at breakfast time & free coffee, tea and hot chocolate throughout the day. Water bottles given every day was also a nice touch 10 minutes walk from time square & 4 min walk from Subway. I really liked the location as it was close to everything but you’re just outside the main noise. Safe area.

The room was large, comfortable bed and pillows, and a nice sofa. We had an outdoor space which we didn’t expect. Parking fees were reduced for staying in the hotel, and the garage was right next store. The staff was super nice and responsive. Coffee and pasties/bagels provided every morning.

Location is amazing, close to Central Park, Times Square, broadway, Shops everywhere and very nice pub next door. Staff was very nice and helpful. They make us feel very welcome. Very comfortable bed and nice, clean room.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of Central park. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the staff was friendly, especially Melissa at reception. The quest area was well stocked and equipped. I enjoyed staying here

The location was perfect for our needs. The staff on duty was very friendly and helpful. We received a room upgrade which lead to a very spacious room with a city view - very nice! We liked the public lounge at the 2nd floor were you can sit, have take-out foods and probably meet othert travelers. Our dog was welcomed as well and they waived the fee for his 'service animal' status - nice!
