A lovely hotel ! Warm and friendly check in staff after a slow trip from JFK , really appreciated ! I was on the 9th floor facing 41st Street , no problems with street noise , quiet and efficient air con. Bed was v comfy , coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods provided , lightning fast WiFi for multiple devices included . A turn down service was offered in the evenings. Location could not be better , five mins walk from Times Square and about three mins from 41st St - Bryant Park subway station for access to the rest of the city. Breakfast is not included , but is available until 1030 on weekdays , I think later at weekends , so all very civilised. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which I didn’t try , and a few tables outside for warm evenings. Penn Station was 10 to 15 mins away by foot with heavy luggage. Great place to stay !

The location was perfect! Near Bryant Park, NY Library, Times Square/Broadway, 5th avenue I mean countless of great places to visit. However, the best were the people working in the lobby area. They went above and beyond!

Breakfast was better than expected. Room are recently renewed and clean. Staff was always available and friendly. The area is full of restaurant and breakfast.

The location is exceptional, close to many restaurants and within walking distance to many places. Subway stations very close, including Grand Central Station. The room is very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, the amenities are excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. I did some shopping online and they put all the packages in my room. I loved the Nespresso machine, coffees and teas that they leave every day for us.
