Everything was perfect and we were very surprised for the price! The room was cleaned every day and we got new towels every day. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room and bathrooms were a little small but seemly for New York City. The location was convenient nearby the Subway. Also the hotel is located in a very lively street with bars, restaurants etc but we don’t hear the noise from the room.

We had a lovely stay at Richland. Staff was very friendly! All off them. And we loved the location. Close to good food and close to/in China Town. Next to Little Italy and one stumble away from Soho. When we come back we will definitely stay here again. Rooms are okay and clean. Didnt spend much time there :-)

I recently stayed at the Hotel Richland LES. Everything about my stay was great. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The hotel provided daily cleaning service, and the staff was very friendly. In addition, the cable TV had a wide variety of movies, news, and series.
