  Location was great, the room was spacious and clean. Exceptional daily room service. AC functioned perfectly (we had issues initially but we contacted front desk and we were moved to another room). Also, we received complimentary breakfast which was a really nice touch.

  The hotel is in a fantastic location only a short walk from Penn Station. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and surprisingly quiet and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was self serve and regularly topped up by the smiling staff member. I found this hotel such good value for money and so central that I returned after spending a few days in Boston.
