It was located in a good area. Nice customer service. The. bathroom was nice. We liked the shower, sink, and toilet. The curtains were easy to use and the TV was also easy to navigate.

We were looking for a comfortable place to sleep in New York, and this hotel was perfect for that. Room was bigger than expected, it was quiet, bed was comfortable and everything was great. Staff was very friendly, there was daily cleaning. We also had a fridge in our room. The neighbourhood felt safe and was 2 blocks away from the subway station. Great view from the room. Lobby was small, but very cozy in our opinion.
