First of all, thank you for the entire service team. They are all amazing. Everyone at the reception is accommodating. Sonia was very helpful. She helped us checked in early which was highly appreciated since we came early from a 14 hr flight. The cleaning staff are amazing, they changed our towels and clean the room every single day even we did not request for it. The breakfast is nice too. They even prepared pack snacks for us since we have to leave early morning and cant wait for the breakfast. The 24/7 coffe station/microwave facilities at the cafeteria is so helpful too👍 The location of the place is perfect. A good diatance walk to time square and subway. All in all, we are happy that we chose this hotel. If given the chance to visit again, will definitely come back here. Keep it up team!

We loved how accommodating the staff was. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. It's only a 12 minute walk to time square and a few minute walk from any subway or bus station that can take you anywhere in the city. (Enterprise car rental is around the corner, which was another plus - if it helps for people to know about car rentals)

Staff were good breakfast was okay but disappointing lack of space so had to eat standing up one morning. I like the coffee machine in the room and 24hr access to coffee/tea was great. Location was good for us. And most of the staff were friendly. Useful that they have a luggage storage came in handy on last day
