    Hotel was great, great location in quiet neighbourhood full of flower shops. Subway was on the block and on the walking distance. Staff was very friendly and informative. We had room for three (2 Queen size beds), there was enough space in the room, room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. Having a coffee machine in the room was a plus, coffee cups were also filed every day. We would recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting NYC, this hotel was added value to our first visit.

    I had a very spacious room especially considering the average size in NYC. The price was also very good considering the in climate week is very hard to find reasonable accommodation. You have pretty much all the basic things you need.

    The personnel was very nice and ready to assist you at any question and request. It was the best part of our stay the friendliness and the readiness to please you. The cleaning stuff was also very nice and ready to help and did a good job, the problem is that the rooms were not at the level o a good hotel and this made it not so easy to have a room as pristine as it would be without dirty carpet or non properly working bathrooms. Overall the staff whether in the reception or housekeeping worked impeccably and attended the customer's request with a positive and helpful attitude.

    The hotel was expensive, but this was New York City, so I wasn't too surprised! Staff were very pleasant and always helpful, and the room was good and comfortable, with efficient wifi. The location was very good - west-side mid-town - for my needs.
