  Everything and Everybody at this Hotel could not have been better. There was even a special check in on the 37th floor. I would LOVE to do this again. Corey was the best check in person I have ever had and I AM a check in person at Walt Disney World. I would know this. Loved it!!!!

  The hotel was clean organised and the staff were amazing. Loved the room and location was perfect in between time square and 5th Avenue. Although the hotel is in a central location it was quiet with hardly any traffic noise .

  The location is unbeatable (can walk to almost any major tourist destination) and the rooms are fairly updated compared to many hotels in New York. There is a functional AC unit and overall clean.

  I really wonder why this hotel doesn’t have a much better rating. Perfect location, spacious rooms with everything you might need for a short or a long stay. Everyone was really polite and helpful. Super clean rooms. Free coffee and tea at the lounge.
