Everything was good. Pretty cool iron and trouser press replacement - LG Styler. Surprisingly - it works well. Also free checkout extended to 1pm. Just two blocks, 3-5 min walk from NY Penn Station / Madison Square Garden.

Great central location on a relatively quiet street (considering how central it is!). Beds and pillows all super comfortable and the room was a good size and quiet. Room was Japanese minimal in design, cleaned to a high standard and very relaxing overall. Nice bathroom and having a bath + shower is a bonus.

The room size for New York is great. The room amenities, like the LG Styler and the big room fridge, were great, and I really miss that Toto Washlet. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful if needed, especially Stephanie.

This hotel is a 10/10! The hotel is modern, very clean, with an extremely comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and helpful -- a special thanks to Stephanie at the reception! Hen Na is also very well located, just a few minutes' walk from Port Authority and Times Square, while still having quiet rooms. I truly recommend this hotel!! :)

Did not have breakfast but able to bring in local fresh bagels for breakfast. Location very good for walking to many places and also subway just a short walk. Also staff helpful in providing directions and arranging transport to airport.
