The hotel is clean, super close to Grand Central Station. The room was clean, comfortable and offered coffee, tea and water. The staff were very friendly, polite and attentive to your needs. We would consider coming back!

The location is fantastic, super convenient for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated that they reached out via WhatsApp during our stay to check if everything was going well—nice personal touch! They also stored our luggage for us at check-in and check-out, which made things a lot easier. The Nespresso machine in the room was an absolute lifesaver, especially for those early mornings. We did have an issue with the sink in the bathroom, but as soon as I mentioned it, they sent a plumber right away and got it sorted. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant experience! Would definitely stay again.
