The Room design is amazing. It's small but very comfortable and clean. The space is very efficiently utilized.

The location was perfect if you are staying for UN HQ events, it was just a few minutes away on foot, which was very helpful due to road closures during UN General Assembly meetings. The bed and pillow were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also clean.

Great location, immaculately clean, comfortable bed. We arrived much later than anticipated, but the self check-in instructions were clear and easy. The continental breakfast looked good, although we didn't eat at the hotel. The price was great for New York City.

Anthony was super caring and professional,going the extra mile to help me with the check in process. The Queen room was small but just enough for a business trip, especially when you spend so little time in the room. I was impressed with how thoughtful they are with details: white noise machine to help you sleep, a steamer in the bathroom, shower cap, a fridge… I mean wonderful! They even have a small complimentary breakfast downstairs just enough to start your day! Well done!
